SOLNOVA POWER PRIVATE LIMITED (SPPL) is a private limited company incorporated in India under companies act 1956 to undertake business of generation, manufacture, storage, accumulation, transmission, distribution, supply, purchase, sale, exchange, export, import and otherwise dealing of all forms of energy and power generated by
any source.
The Project is near Munugode Village, Nalgonda District, Andhra Pradesh, which is around 105 KM from Shamshabad Airport.
The Evacuation permits were obtained from DISCOM (CPDCL) for 5 MW and Interconnection point is 33/11 KV Gudapoor Sub Station bus bar at 33 KV Voltage level existing on 33 KV Gudapoor feeder emanating from 132/33 KV Nalgonda Substation.
All necessary approvals obtained from respective departments like Ministry of New Renewable Energy (MNRE), New & Renewable Energy Development (NREDCAP), Pollution board and Local Revenue department

SITE DETAILS
Site is located in the most suitable regions in India for Solar Power generation. The average annual global horizontal radiance received in this area is about 5.48 KWh/sq.mtr/day.
SPPL has the Power Purchase Agreement with reputed organization in business of manufacturing of bulk drugs having its factory near Hyderabad, Telangana. Tariff in Power Purchase agreement is Rs 7.50/- for a period of 20 years and thereafter extendable on mutually agreed terms. Apart from this, the plant is built to take the advantage of revnues from selling Renewable Energy Certificates (REC’s). The current REC selling Floor price is Rs 9.3/unit and Forbidden price of Rs 13.4/unit applicable upto March 2017.
SPPL appointed M/s Cirus Solar Private Limited, Hyderabad as their turnkey EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction) and has chosen Solar PV Crystalline technology with single axis tracking system. All the components were procured from world class tier-1 vendors as detailed below
